Root-coriander meal soup
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, carrot and coriander soup (400 ml refrigerated display AH), couscous, carrot julienne (150 g AH), smoked chicken strips (200 g), parsley, baguette and butter or margarine.

Heat in a pan of soup over low heat, stirring.

Add couscous, carrot and chicken strips to soup and heat for about 5 to 7 minutes on a low heat.

Stirring occasionally.

Distribute soup over four deep plates.

Parsley parsley over soup.

Soup serve with baguette and butter..
