Fish skewer with laurel and lemon
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, salmon fillet, pangasius fillet (or other whitefish fillet eg seaweed fillet), olive oil, garlic (squeezed), fresh thyme (leaves), bay leaves, lemon and oil to grease.

Cut the fish into cubes of about 3 cm. In a bowl, mix the fish cubes with the oil, garlic, thyme and bay leaf. Mix the whole by the fish. Cover the bowl and let the fish marinate for at least 1 hour.

Cut the lemon into 4 equal parts. Thread the fish together with the leaves of laurel on the saté pins. Grill the skewers on a greased griddle over medium hot heat for 3-4 minutes per side. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and squeeze the grilled lemon above it.
