Salad of beetroot with cold garlic potatoes


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: boiled beets, white cheese cubes in herb oil (300 g), balsamic vinegar, potato fry (a 450 g), red onion and garlic sauce.

Directions

  1. Clean beet and cut into cubes.
  2. Combine 1 tbsp of herbs of cheese cubes and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Sprinkle the beets with salt.
  4. Balsamic mixture pour over it.
  5. Approx.
  6. Leave for 5 minutes.
  7. Cook potatoes in little water with salt in 5 to 8 minutes.
  8. Rinse with cold water and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  9. Meanwhile, peel and cut into small rings.
  10. Make a bed of onion rings on the middle of the plate.
  11. Distribute beet blocks over it.
  12. Distribute cheese cubes over beetroot cubes.
  13. Garlic sauce by adding potatoes and serving at salad..
