Directions

  1. Heat the oil and fry the bacon cubes crispy.
  2. Add the onion and garlic to the bacon cubes. Put the pork tenderloin through and stir fry at a high setting for 4 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Stir fry the paksoi for 2 minutes. Spoon the sherry and crème fraiche with the sage through it and heat for another 2 minutes.
