Easy paella with chicken and prawns
Easy recipe for paella with onion, paprika, chorizo, chicken, garden peas and king prawns.

Boil the rice following the directions on the package. Chop the onion. Wash the peppers. Cut the chorizo and paprika into pieces. Halve the chicken fillets.

Heat half of the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper and keep warm. Fry the rest of the oil, onion, chorizo and paprika in a frying pan for about 5 minutes.

Add the garden peas and rice and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the chicken and prawns and heat the whole through and through. Season the paella with pepper and salt. Tasty with tomato salad and garlic dressing.
