Summer salad with sweet potato, garden peas, spring onion, smoked chicken strips, cottage cheese and butter lettuce.

Directions

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes, cut into equal pieces and cook them in water with salt if necessary in 10 min.
  2. Cook the garden peas the last minute.
  3. In the meantime, cut the salad onion into rings. Drain the potatoes and garden peas.
  4. Put the cottage cheese through and stamp with the puree pestle into a coarse puree.
  5. Scoop the salad onion, chicken and butter lettuce through the puree and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve with the rest of the hüttenkäse.
