Spicy Mediterranean kale stew
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbly cooking potatoes (a 450 g), kale, olive oil, onion (chopped), red pepper (in pieces), black olive slices (pot of 240 g) and chorizo sausage (whole (250 g)).

Boil the potatoes and the kale in about 3 dl of water together for 15 minutes.

Fry the onion in the oil.

Spoon the bell pepper and stir fry 3-4 minutes.

Add the olive slices.

Cut the chorizo into 4 pieces and cut them half way.

Heat the grill pan and grill on both sides for 2-3 minutes, the sausage will get a crispy crust.

Drain the potatoes and kale, collect the cooking water.

Stamp to a coarse puree.

Scoop the pepper mixture and the resulting fat from the sausage through.

If the stew is too dry, add some cooking water.

Serve the roasted chorizo..
