Pasta with potato, chicken and green beans


Italian pasta with potatoes, green beans, spaghetti, onion, chicken, pesto and Grana Padano.

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into 1 cm cubes.
  2. Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans. Halve the green beans and cook them in 8 minutes until al dente.
  3. Add the potato after 2 minutes. Drain both.
  4. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
  6. Cut the chicken fillet into strips.
  7. Add the chicken and the pesto to the onion and fry in 5 minutes. Add the potato and green beans.
  8. Drain the pasta, collect a cup of cooking liquid. Add the pasta with cooking liquid to the chicken, potato and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Spread over plates or bowls and sprinkle with the cheese.
