Spaghetti with garlic oil and artichoke hearts
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: spaghetti, artichoke hearts (operation or can of 400 g Mickey), Parmesan cheese (piece), olive oil, garlic, salt and freshly ground pepper.
Cook spaghetti in pan with plenty of boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cutting artichoke hearts into quarters.
Using the cheese slicer, cut thin slices of Parmesan cheese.
Heat oil in frying pan.
Peel the garlic, press it over and gently bake for 1 minute with 1/2 tsp salt.
Mix artichoke hearts and briefly heat them.
Drain pasta and mix well with garlic oil and artichokes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Create spaghetti on plate and sprinkle over scraped Parmesan cheese..
