Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package. Peel the pistachio nuts. Sprinkle the turkey with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the turkey for 3 minutes.

Add the wok vegetable and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the tapenade. Cut the to into pieces. Add the couscous, tomato and nuts to the wok vegetable. Season with pepper and salt.
