Spinach dish with turkey breast


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), turkey breast à la minute (300 g), tagliatelle (bag of 250 g), onions (chopped), spinach (a 300 g) and raisins (bag a 500 g).

Directions

  1. Stir in 1 tablespoon of olive oil with 1 clove of garlic and some salt and pepper and brush the turkey patties. Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Fry the onion shavings in a wok in 2 tablespoons olive oil until golden brown, add 1 clove of garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute. Spoon the spinach and stir-fry, with two stir frying spoons at the same time, until the spinach has shrunk. Add the raisins and warm the spinach, covered, on low heat, for a moment.
  3. Heat a grill or frying pan over a high heat and then fry or fry the turkey fillet on both sides until it is nicely browned and cooked in approx. 2 minutes per side. Drain the tagliatelle, stir in the rest of the oil and spread the tagliatelle over 4 plates. Spoon the stir-fried spinach and place the roasted turkey breast on it. Grind some pepper.
