Directions

  1. Cut the onions. Heat the oil in the frying pan or frying pan and fry the onion, the caraway seed and the chicken steaks for 5 min. On medium heat.
  2. In the meantime, remove the stalk and seeds from the peppers and cut the flesh into thin strips.
  3. Add the peppers together with the smoked paprika, passata and water to the chicken stews and bring to the boil.
  4. Turn down the heat and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat with the lid on the pan. Stir occasionally. Season with pepper and salt.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the rice with salt, if necessary, for 8 minutes. Drain and leave covered.
  6. Cut the broccoli into florets, peel the stalk and cut into pieces. Boil the broccoli for 4 minutes. Drain and let drain well.
  7. Divide the rice, broccoli and roast over the plates and spoon 1 tbsp yogurt over the stove on each plate.
