Roasted salmon with red pepper dressing
Also try this delicious roasted salmon with red pepper dressing
- 500 gram frozen salmon fillet thawed, in broad strips
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketjapmarinademanis
Dab the salmon dry and brush it with a mixture of 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Beat the rest of the olive oil and the lemon juice with the honey and the red pepper into a dressing.
Heat a grill pan. Roast the salmon for 2 minutes per side so that the inside remains pink.
Divide the bean sprouts over the plates. Put the mango and salmon on it. Sprinkle the dressing over it and sprinkle with chives.
