Pork fillet with whole apples and garlic
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pork fillet (or pork cutlery (piece), at room temperature), butter, garlic (divided into cloves), fresh thigh leaves, cider (dry or white wine) and Elstar apples.

Preheat the oven to 125 ° C. Rub the pork fillet around with salt and generous pepper. Heat the butter in the frying pan and roast the meat around brown. Spread the garlic cloves around it, add the thyme and cook for 3 minutes. Pour the cider along the edge of the pan.
