Kohlrabi soup with turkey and lemon
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, lemon, turkey breast (in strips), garlic (pressed), red onion (finely chopped), oil, red pepper (in strips), ready-to-cook turnip (300 g), ground turmeric (koenjit), flour, chicken broth (from tablet), corn kernels ((300 g), drained), fresh chives ((25 g) and finely chopped).

Lemon mashed potatoes and peel.

Squeeze out the lemon.

In a bowl, stir in turkey with lemon juice, garlic and salt and pepper and let the flavors simmer for at least 30 minutes.

In the meantime, fry golden fruit in 2 tablespoons oil.

Pepper briefly fried.

Swirl the turnip for 1 min, stirring occasionally.

Mix turmeric and flour in small bowl, sprinkle over onion mixture and shovel.

Add a small portion of broth while stirring, add the next part of the broth until the last part is completely bound by flour.

Add corn, bring the soup to a boil and cook gently for 15 minutes.

Season with lemon zest, salt and pepper.

Heat residual oil in frying pan.

Cook turkey on high heat until golden brown.

Distribute soup with fried turkey strips over four plates.

Sprinkle chives over it.

Tasty with toasted flat bread..
