Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a soup pan and fry the onion, garlic, ginger and curry paste for about 1 minute.
  2. Add the chicken fillet and fry it around golden brown. Add the coconut milk and stock and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Then add the peas and cook the noodles in the stock for 6 minutes.
  4. Spoon the bean sprouts on the soup and garnish with the coriander and spring onions. Serve the laksa with wedges of lime.
