Let the salmon thaw. Cut the broccoli into florets and boil in water with salt in approx. 4 min. Al dente. Drain and drain.

Meanwhile cut the salmon into cubes of about 2 cm. Heat the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Slice the garlic. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a stirring fruit the garlic 1 min. Add the salmon cubes and stir-fry 3 min.

Add the soy sauce, the water and the broccoli and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Divide the rice, broccoli and salmon over bowls.
