Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Bring water with salt to a boil in a large pan and cook the maccheroni in approx. 5 minutes until al dente.

Rinse the pasta in a colander under cold running water. Drain and cool.

Melt the butter in another pan and fry the chopped onion in 2-3 min. Glassy.

Add the flour to the onions in one go and, with a wooden spatula, cook for about 2 minutes on medium heat.

Add the milk for drizzle and stir until a smooth sauce is formed.

Remove the pan from the heat, let the cheese melt in it. Season with pepper, salt and nutmeg.

Cut the zucchini in slices lengthwise and then cut straight into strips. Slice the parsley leaf.

Spoon the ham strips, zucchini, parsley and the drained maccheroni through the cheese sauce.

Put the pasta in the oven dish. Mix the rest of the cheese through the breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the maccheroni.

Fry the pasta until golden brown in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes.
