Big mushroom fritters in beer batter
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian snack contains the following ingredients: oil for deep-frying, flour, white beer, egg, large mushrooms ((175 g), cleaned) and remoulade sauce.

Fry frying oil in frying pan to 180 ºC.

Mix in bowl flour with beer and egg until smooth batter.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Dice mushrooms in batter and fry for 2-3 minutes in two portions until golden brown.

Drain on kitchen paper.

Scale and serve immediately with remoulade sauce..
