Blue cheese crostini with marinated grapes
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: seedless grapes, white port, rosemary, balsamic vinegar, ginger syrup, gorgonzola, creme fraiche, freshly ground pepper and walnut stick bread (ciabatta con noci).

Wash the grapes, take the bunch and pat dry with paper towels. Halving grapes. Slice about 5 minutes in a saucepan port with rosemary. Remove twig from port. Mixing vinegar, ginger syrup, port and grapes. Retract at least 1 hour. Cut crust of gorgonzola. Gorgonzola with crème fraîche with fork until smooth to stir. Season with pepper.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting. Cut the bread into 12 slices and roast on one side for approx. 45 seconds under the grill. Sprinkle unroasted side of bread with gorgonzola mixture. Sprinkle the crostini in a grill for about 2 minutes. Serve with marinated grapes.
