Blackberry soufflé with chocolate shots
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: boxful of blackberries (frozen, 250 g), pure chocolate (100 g), pine nuts (roasted and finely chopped), butter, flour, whole milk, eggs (split), sugar and powdered sugar (to be sprinkled) .

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Let the blackberries thaw.

Spread over the molds, smooth the top and fry the soufflés in the preheated oven in 15-20 min.

Leave the oven door closed.

Break the chocolate into scoops.

Carefully remove the soufflés from the oven and sprinkle with icing sugar.
