Ice cream with warm peaches and honey sauce
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: icecream (1 liter box), cream sherry (1 liter bottle), honey, peaches, cantuccini (biscuits and a 100 g pack).

Remove ice from freezer and let it soften.

Heat Sherry with honey over high heat and reduce for approx.

5 minutes.

Peach peaches, divide them into slices and cook in sherry for about 5 minutes.

Cut the biscuits into pieces and create ice cream.

Divide ice between four plates and serve with warm peaches and honey sauce..
