Apple pancakes


A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: mix for four-grain pancakes (pack a 400 g), milk, egg, apples, cinnamon, white raisins, butter or margarine and icing sugar.

Directions

  1. Pancake mix in bowl and add milk with whisk.
  2. Beat it in.
  3. Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut them into thin slices.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon and raisins.
  5. Fry quarter of butter in frying pan.
  6. Cast quarter of batter into frying pan.
  7. Slices apple slices.
  8. Pancake carefully on both sides (turn with lid).
  9. Cook 3 pancakes in the same way.
  10. Cut pancakes into 4 points and place these tiles on plates.
  11. Serve with icing sugar..
