Marinated orange with yogurt ice cream
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: hand oranges, orange, sugar, ground cardamom, yogurt ice cream (natural (450 ml)) and mint.

peel oranges thickly, to remove white fleece. Cut the flesh into thin slices. Squeeze out another orange. Put orange juice with sugar in a saucepan and bring it to the boil. Blend the mixture on a low heat for 5 minutes until syrup is formed. Take the pan of fire and let the syrup cool slightly. Pass the cardamom powder through. Place slices of orange in a low bowl and pour syrup over. Allow it to stand for at least 30 minutes, so that flavors can be withdrawn. Carefully shovel occasionally.

Paste orange on four plates. Roll out ice cream with ice-cream roll or ice-cream scoop or ice scoop 4 and place it next to orange. Garnish with strips of mint.
