Sebadas (puff pastry with goat's cheese and honey)
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: puff pastry (frozen), goat cheese (125 g Chhvre de Bellay), egg (M) and honey.

Sprinkle puff pastry on the worktop in approx.

10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC or gas oven 4.

With the cutter out of each puff pastry slice, make 4 rounds.

Cut the cheese into 1/2 cm slices and place in 10 circles in the middle.

Dip in bowl with 1 tablespoon of water.

Baste edges of rounds with whipped egg.

Place another round on top and press with fork.

Cover rounds with rest of egg.

Grease the baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place rounds and bake until golden brown in the middle of the oven in about 20 minutes.

Remove rounds from oven and brush with honey.

Place 2 rounds on each board.

Serve immediately..
