Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the 6 sheets of filo pastry into four equal rectangles or squares.
  2. Brush each piece with a little butter and make 8 stacks of 3 layers. Brush the top layer with butter and put the piles on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
  3. Bake the filo pastry crispy and brown in about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  4. Bring the granulated sugar to the boil with the 4 tablespoons of water until the sugar has dissolved and a syrup has formed.
  5. Place the orange slices in the syrup and let them cook at low level until they shine and are slightly translucent. The syrup must not caramelize.
  6. Let the chocolate melt with the cream on low setting and stir well.
  7. Place a filo pastry on each plate and spoon an ice cream spoon. Place a different filo pastry on top and sprinkle with icing sugar.
  8. Pour a jet of hot chocolate cream last and add a slice of orange. Serve immediately.
