A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: apples (firm (eg Jonagold)), raisins, custard powder, sugar, cinnamon, filo pastry ((225 g, frozen), thawed) and butter (melted).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut the flesh into small pieces. Mix the apple pieces with the raisins, custard powder, sugar and cinnamon.

Spread 5 slices of dough and brush thinly with butter. Put the other slices of dough on them. Spoon a bar of apple filling at the bottom. Hit the sides over the filling and roll the strudels firmly.

Place the strudels on the baking sheet and brush them with the rest of the butter. Bake the strudels in the middle of the oven in about 20 minutes until golden brown and done. Serve the strudels lukewarm. Delicious with whipped cream with vanilla sugar.
