Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Finely grind the clove in a mortar and then rub the remaining speculoos spices.

Knead a crumbly dough from the flour, gingerbread spices, butter, half the sugar and the almond shavings.

Mix the apples with the rest of the sugar and spread over 4 small ovenproof dishes or scoop them in an oven dish.

Spread the crumble dough over the apples and fry the crumble in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool down and serve with a scoop of ice cream.
