Mix the forest fruits with the jam and port or orange liqueur and spread over 4 glasses.

Put the glasses with the fruit in the freezer for a short while so that they are cold.

Scrape the marrow from the vanilla pod. Mix the mascarpone with the vanilla and lemon juice.

Divide the mascarpone over the fruit and fill the glasses with the mulled wine.
