Tira cream cheese cake
A tasty Italian recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: gelatin, fresh cream cheese (eg MonChou, a 100 g), white caster sugar, whipped cream, hot strong coffee, coffee liqueur (eg Tia Maria, liquor), long fingers (175 g) and cocoa powder.

Gelatin soak in water.

Stir in cream cheese cream with sugar.

In other bowl, whipped cream stiffly.

Cut out gelatine and roast in half of hot coffee.

Stir coffee liqueur through the gelatin mixture.

Mix coffee mixture by cream cheese mixture.

Whip cream through it.
-
Give the rest of coffee in deep plate and pick long fingers one by one quickly through coffee.

Fill cake mold with low long fingers and 1/3 of cream cheese mixture.

Repeat this 2 more times.

Let cake stiffen in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Take the cake out of shape and sprinkle it with cocoa powder..
