Pudding of strawberries and lime cream
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: wittegelatin, strawberries, lime, raspberry lemonade (bottle a 750 ml), sugar, whipped cream and vanilla sugar.

Let the gelatin soak in cold water for 5 minutes. Wash the strawberries, dissect them and cut them in half. Divide 8 half strawberries over the pudding molds.

Clean the lime, grate the green skin thinly. Keep the lime grater for use in the refrigerator. Squeeze out the lime.

Heat half of the raspberry lemonade on low heat and dissolve the sugar. Remove the lemonade from the fire. Squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve it in the lemonade. Stir in the other half of the lemonade and the lime juice. Pour the lemonade mixture with the strawberries in the greased molds and let it stiffen in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Beat the whipped cream with the vanilla sugar and stir in the lime zest. Dip the molds with pudding briefly in a container with warm water. Loosen the sides of the jelly with a sharp knife. Turn the puddons carefully on a plate and add the rest of the strawberries. Serve the lime cream separately.
