Puree the red berries (keep a few twigs for garnishing), the sugar and the lemon juice with a hand blender into a sauce. The sauce can possibly be sieved.

Make the cheeses quenelles with two moistened dessert spoons and place a quenelle on the plates of each type of cheese.

Garnish with some blue and red berries and a few mint leaves and pour a little of the sauce around it.
