Semolina pudding with stoned plums
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: peeled almonds (coarsely minced), semi-skimmed milk, semolina, vanilla sugar, veggie prunes (sliced), orange juice and cinnamon powder.

Dry almonds in dry frying pan with non-stick coating and let cool.

Bring milk to a boil in a thick pan.

Sprinkle semolina and sugar into milk, bring it to the boil while stirring and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Almonds by creating semolina.

Rinse molds with cold water, pour semolina into molds and leave to set in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Plums with orange juice and cinnamon to boil and reduce in 10 min.

Place a plate on each of the semolina shapes, turning all the way so that the pudding glides on plates.

Serve orange sauce with prunes..
