Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 150 ºC.
-
Crumble the biscuits in a food processor. Melt the butter and mix through the biscuits.
-
Grease the pie shape. Spread the biscuit mixture evenly over the bottom of the cake pan and press firmly with the convex side of a spoon.
-
Clean the orange, grate the orange shell off and squeeze out the orange.
-
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, crème fraîche, sugar, orange zest, vanilla sugar, the salt and the eggs into a smooth batter.
-
Pour the cream cheese mixture into the tart mold. Fry the cheesecake in the oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes until golden brown and done.
-
Meanwhile, halve the strawberries. Spoon the strawberries and the orange juice carefully into a bowl and marinate the strawberries until they are used.
-
Allow the cake to cool. Let the strawberries drain in a sieve. Garnish the cheesecake with the strawberries.
