Remove the stalk and seeds from the red pepper and cut the flesh into pieces.

Put the peppers, the tomatoes, the tomato frito, the tabasco chipotle, the vodka and the ice cubes in the blender and puree into a gazpacho.

Halve the stalks of celery in width. Thread the cherry tomatoes and radishes onto the tapas picks.

Divide the gazpacho over the glasses and garnish with the vegetables.
