Blue berry-raspberry smoothie
Smoothie of blueberries, raspberry and buttermilk.

Put the frozen blueberries and raspberries in the blender or food processor. Mix in 30 sec. to a smoothie.

Cut the vanilla pod open lengthwise and scrape out the marrow with a knife tip. Mix the marrow and the icing sugar with the buttermilk.

Divide the blueberry-raspberry smoothie over tall glasses and pour the buttermilk.

Stir briefly with the skewer so that you get beautiful stripes.
