Wash the strawberries and leave 1 per person for garnishing. Remove the crowns from the rest.

Squeeze out the oranges. Put the strawberries, the orange juice and the frozen blackberries in the blender or food processor. Mix in 30 sec. to a smoothie.

Divide the yogurt over glasses and pour the smoothie carefully. Garnish with the hidden strawberries. Serve with a sorbet spoon.
