Cut the pineapple lengthwise in four. Remove the peel and the hard core. Cut the pineapple into pieces.

Halve the mango along the pit, peel and cut into cubes. Peel the papaya, halve, scoop out the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes.

Squeeze the limes. Peel the kiwis, cut lengthwise into quarters and then into slices. Peel the bananas and cut into slices.

Mix the fruit in a bowl bowl with lime juice and lemonade syrup and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Pick the mint leaves from the twigs and cut finely. Pour the soft drink over the fruit and garnish the bowl with mint.
