Directions

  1. Melt 25 g butter in a thick-bottomed pan and add 1 tbsp olive oil.
  2. Fry the spring onions for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the peas and broad beans.
  4. Put the halved artichoke hearts with a little water in the vegetables.
  5. Smother the whole without lid in 10 minutes until tender and season with salt and pepper..
