Spinach with hazelnuts
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: hazelnuts ((a 95 g), coarsely chopped), lemon (cleaned), butter and spinach (a 300 g).

Roast the hazelnuts for 3 minutes in a frying pan without oil or butter. Let cool on a plate. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the spinach in parts. Let shrinking all the time. Add the lemon zest and the hazelnuts. Season with the lemon juice and pepper and salt.
