Cauliflower fritters
A nice Indian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: self-rising flour, egg, mild Indian curry paste (pot 283 g), coriander ((15 g), finely chopped), cauliflower (in small florets) and oil for frying.

Mix the flour with 1 tsp salt in a bowl.

Break an egg on top, add 100 ml water and the curry paste and whisk until smooth.

Stir in the coriander and season the batter with plenty of pepper.

Heat the oil in a wok or fryer.

Take the cauliflower florets through the batter and fry with 4-5 at a time until golden brown.

Drain on kitchen paper.

Tasty with yoghurt sauce..
