White-wine-parsley sauce
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: shallots (chopped), sweet white wine, cold butter (diced), flat parsley ((a 20 g) and leaves finely chopped).

Put the shallots and wine in a saucepan and cook in 8 min. On medium heat until about 1 teaspoon of wine is left.

Sift the shallots from the wine and put the wine back in the pan. Put the pan on low heat and beat the cubes of butter through the wine with a whisk 1 by 1. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the parsley. Tasty with fried or steamed fish and rice.
