Peel the peppers with a peeler and cut into thin strips. Put the strips in a bowl.

Cut the peel all around the orange and cut the wedges. Collect the juice during cutting to be added to the dressing.

Beat the oil with the mustard, honey, lemon juice to taste and orange juice to a sweet-sour dressing and season with salt and pepper.

Mix the peppers, the orange slices and the raisins together in a bowl and pour in the dressing.
