Minced meat omelette
A delicious indonesian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, flour, eggs, sunflower oil, onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), ground coriander (ketoembar), ground cumin seeds, chopped (half-to-half), pointed cabbage (in thin strips), forest onion ((3 pieces), in rings) and sambal (manis).
Put the flour in a bowl with some salt and make a well in the middle. Break 1 egg in it, add 100 ml water and knead until smooth dough.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok with non-stick coating and fry the onion for 3 min. Add the garlic, coriander and cumin and fruit for another 2 minutes. Turn the heat up high and stir fry the minced meat in 5 min. Fry the coals and spring onions for 3 minutes. Season with sambal, pepper and salt.
Beat the rest of the eggs with 2 tbsp water and pour over the chopped vegetable mixture. Fry over medium heat in 8 minutes to a thick omelette. Turn halfway with a plate.
Roll out the dough with the rolling pin into a thin piece and place the omelet on it. Fold the dough around it. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the omelette over medium heat in 10 min. Until golden brown. Start with the fold down and turn halfway.
