Directions

  1. Cook the savoy cabbage in water with salt for 5 minutes. Drain, rinse cold water, drain and cool.
  2. Roast the bacon in a dry hot frying pan and fry the shallot.
  3. Transfer the cabbage bars through, add the rosemary and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
