Potato salad with smoked chicken and coriander dressing
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: poultry, potatoes (with red skin), crème fraîche, mayonnaise, lemon (grated and pressed), sharp mustard, garlic (pressed), fresh coriander ((15 g), chopped), sugar, rucola salad (75 g), smoked chicken fillets (about 250 g) and peeled pistachio nuts (bag of 55 g).

Clean potatoes and peeled in bottom water with salt in 20 min. Drain and allow to cool slightly. In bowl crème fraîche, mayonnaise, 3 tbsp lemon juice, lemon zest, mustard, garlic and coriander to beat creamy dressing. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Slice the potatoes and put them back in a pan. Carefully scoop with dressing and salad for at least 1 hour in cool place, so that flavor can develop.

Large-scale coating with arugula. Create potato salad. Cut chicken fillet into slices and arrange on salad. Sprinkle pistachios over it.
