Mihoensalade with mango

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging.

Roast the peanuts in a dry frying pan brown and crispy and let them cool down.

Mix the chili sauce with the Thai fish sauce and mix it with the noodles.

Peel the mango, cut the flesh in the length of the kernel.

Cut the flesh lengthwise into strips.
