Heat a grill pan or preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Drizzle the fennel with lemon juice.

Scoop the oil, salt and pepper through.

Roast the fennel for 8-10 minutes in the grill pan or for about 12 minutes on a baking tray in the oven.

Sprinkle with the dill and feta.
