Directions

  1. Heat a grill pan or preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Drizzle the fennel with lemon juice.
  3. Scoop the oil, salt and pepper through.
  4. Roast the fennel for 8-10 minutes in the grill pan or for about 12 minutes on a baking tray in the oven.
  5. Sprinkle with the dill and feta.
