Yellow paprika tapenade
A tasty Italian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: olive oil, garlic (coarsely chopped), peppers (yellow, in pieces), white wine, white (balsamic vinegar), sugar, chili pepper from the mill and ground cumin (djinten).

Heat the oil in a small pan. Fry the garlic with the bell pepper gently for 8 minutes. Make sure they do not color. Add the white wine, vinegar, sugar and 100 ml of water and bring everything to the boil. Put the lid on the pan and roast the paprika for 30 minutes.

Puree the pepper with the hand blender in the food processor. Pour the puree back into the pan and cook the puree over a medium heat until it has become a nice thick sauce. Season with salt, chili pepper and cumin. Allow the tapenade to cool and taste for at least 1 hour.
