Indonesian stir-fried chicken with red pepper, sambal and sweet soy sauce.

Directions

  1. Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the pepper into strips.
  2. Slice the garlic and add it with the sambal, sugar and ketjapmarinadetoe. Stir fry for another 3 minutes and spoon the chicken soy marinade into a bowl.
  3. Chop the onion and cut the chicken into strips. Heat the oil in a wok. Stir fry the chicken and the onion 3 min.
  4. Sprinkle with the red pepper and the peanuts.
