Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the pepper into strips.

Slice the garlic and add it with the sambal, sugar and ketjapmarinadetoe. Stir fry for another 3 minutes and spoon the chicken soy marinade into a bowl.

Chop the onion and cut the chicken into strips. Heat the oil in a wok. Stir fry the chicken and the onion 3 min.

Sprinkle with the red pepper and the peanuts.
